For extension your visa in Bali you have to visit one of immigration office 7 days before expired your visa

For extension VOA you need:
- a copy of the main page of the passport
- passport (7 days before expired your visa)
- a copy of the page with visa
- required forms from immigration office
- ticket from Indonesia
But you do have to visit the immigration office three separate times, on three specific days:
- Day 1 – Visit any Indonesian Immigration office, apply for extension
- Day 2 – Return to the office to pay fee - 355 000 IDR
- Day 3 - Return to the office for foto and finger print
- Day 4 – Return to the office again to pick up your passport.
This is quite an easy process, but visiting immigration 4 times in 4 days can be quite complicated.
